now that i am starting to make a dent in editing early summer weddings, its time to think back to last fall, featuring the weddings we covered then. the blog can get neglected at times, but by the same token i know how important it is to post regularly. i'll keep trying!
lets start with kristi and jeremy's wedding, which was held at the hayloft in september. one of my former brides, who is very dear to me, asked me to co-shoot this couple's wedding with her. anna of sunday rein is an amazing photographer herself and a genuinely sweet gal. i was completely thrilled and flattered she asked me. we enjoyed working together and with a fabulous couple - anna has actually helped me with a few of my weddings and she is always so pleasant to have around.
the attention to detail this couple put into personalizing their wedding - from handmade wooden frames featuring photos of the two of them on each table to the fabric squares they had each guest sign to make into a quilt, made it uniquely theirs. kristi and jeremy like to have a good time, as it shows in their pictures!
the hayloft is one of my favorite places for a wedding, so rustic and charming with a low key feeling to it. what a blast we both had and a great couple - i'll let the photos speak for themselves!
venue - wedding ceremony + reception : the hayloft
