tara + harold - a wedding in washington, dc

It's hard to believe that our last wedding of the season was a little over a month ago and I just now have the opportunity to look through the photos and get some editing done! Tara and Harold's wedding was held on October 27th in Washington, DC at the Notre Dame Chapel at Trinity College. It's been a few years since I've photographed any weddings in DC and it was a fun trip up that way again. Tara and Harold's reception was held at the Athenaeum in nearby Old Town Alexandria. A wonderful venue for anyone getting married in the DC area. As a child I always loved visiting my dad and stepmother in Old Town and being back in that area brought back many fond memories. Tara and Harold were such a nice couple, very fun and easy going---I've never seen anyone as relaxed as they were on their wedding day. I'm so thrilled that they found us via a referral from another couple--- thanks to our many clients who have recommended us! We are really looking forward to 2008! So far, we have weddings booked in North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida... and yes, we travel!
