small town art

A few months ago, Anthony and I were antiquing in downtown Reidsville, NC and we discovered two new art galleries that have recently opened on Market Street. We chatted with the curator at The Gallery and she invited us to be a part of a group show called "A Presence for the Holidays". On Friday, December 7th, from 5 to 9PM there will be a opening reception free to the public with refreshments and of course art! Jewelers, painters, mixed media artists, potters, and photographers will be among the group of artists and craftsmen exhibiting their work. Come on out and join us. Art is a fabulous gift idea --and you can beat the crowds while shopping in a small town!

The Gallery of the Fine Arts Festival Association of Rockingham County is located at: 217 SW Market Street, downtown Reidsville, NC.
For more info contact the curator, Tara, at The Gallery @ 336.349.2060 or via email--- fineartsfestival@yahoo.com

The below photo 'Old Barn' Pilot Mountain, NC will be one of several color images I'll be exhibiting. I'll also be showing a handful of my black and white infrared landscapes and fine art photo notecards.
