green thumb

this morning, i spent a few hours working in my herb garden. it brings me much joy+tasty goodies to the table. i added some fresh basil and italian oregano to a homemade pizza i made for dinner earlier tonight.... delicious! i just hope the 4-5 caterpillars i spotted in the garden don't like to chow down on my herbs too :-)! my sister page (who really has the green thumb!) came to visit with me in april with her daughters. she helped me map-out and design my garden and had some wonderful suggestions. i thought it was about time to show her how it looks now that we are in the midst of summer!
